Tastes great, but it’s really INCREDIBLY hot. You can’t just use this as a regular dip sauce or anything, one tiny fingertip is more than enough to really spice things up.

I absolutely love extremely hot food, but next time I’ll take a less hot sauce, something a bit more edible.

    Nonetheless, highly recommended!!

550000 SHU. Swirled enough into my chili with habaneros to noticeably darken it. Gave me a slight buzz and the shakes as well as some great smoky flavour! I give it a ‘too hot’ because I won’t risk consuming this stuff directly.

I love this sauce, one of my all-time favorites — I mix a few *small* drops into refried beans and mellow it out a little with some Tapatio for some awesome burritos. Blair’s Mega-Death has plenty of heat but it doesn’t overwhelm the nice smoky flavor. And where else ya gonna get skull keychains? Way cool!!!

I don’t buy any of the reviews that say this stuff isn’t hot. There is no reason for anything to be any hotter than this, so get off your macho head trip and get real (those posts may also just be tongue-in-cheek, I suppose). In fact I’d say there is something very wrong with you if you think you need hotter than this.

This falls into the range of hot sauces that at first don’t seem to have a lot of heat… that is, until it hits you like a Mack truck. This definitely falls into the categories of sauces that cause a pretty serious endorphin reaction, and a very long lasting heat sensation on whatever it touches. I’d definitely rate it way higher on the heat scale than something like Dave’s Ultimate Insantity… more like on par with 357 Mad Dog.

The taste is excellent… lots of garlic and smoked pepper.

  9. This product may be addictive to those with taste buds, but don't worry Dave will be making more.

It ain’t Scotch, but it sure is good! This Scotch Bonnet sauce has a remarkable fresh pepper flavor that will waken up most any dish and give it a little kick. Enjoy! Warning

ok, people who say the mega death isant hot are out of their mind, this is by far the most hottest thing i have ever tasted, a tiny tiny dab out the tip of your tounge is all it takes, it will hurt for about 25 min., this stuff is crazy

Although this sauce is deceitfully hot and will definitely add a serious long-lasting and slow burn to your food, I was rather unimpressed with the flavor. Even in moderate amounts (5-15 drops) the bitterness of this sauce can screw up the taste of your food. Best used as a heat additive to other more flavorful sauces that may lack the heat you’re looking for.

absolutely fantastic. tried a few drops on a couple of bites of mac and cheese and it made it blissful. put a drop on a reeses peanut butter cup and that was one of the best things i’ve ever put in my mouth

This sauce is hot there is no doubt about that but it is not as hot as eating a fresh Habanero. I put about half a teaspoon on a cracker. One thing i did not like is it seems to have a bitter after-taste to it.

Blair’s Mega Death Extreme Hot Sauce (with skull): Blair’s Meaga Death hot sauce is some of the best hot sauce that I think I have ever eaten. The smokey taste is wonderful, and the heat really sneaks up on you. To be honest I expected it to be hotter than it is, but it is by no means mild. Its a very hot sauce, just not the hottest out there. Adding a little bit to just about anything adds a really pleasant burn. Mega Death is one of the best around.

I love reading reviews that say this sauce is not hot. C’mon, sure there is HOTTER sauce. But when I want a great tasting burn, nothing compares to Mega Death! Any idiot can put pure Capsaicin in a bottle. It takes talent to make it hot AND have balanced flavor. This one is a winner!

Blair’s Mega Death Extreme Hot Sauce (with skull): I prepared myself for a week of refrigerated toilet paper, but unfortunately Blair’s Mega Death did not keep its promise. Liquid stupid is way hotter! Blair’s Mega Death tastes awesome nonetheless. Great job, Blair!!

Blair’s Mega Death Extreme Hot Sauce (with skull): The taste is fantastic. It’s a little tart and a little smoky. The combination of flavors masks the caspsacin very well. As a result, it didn’t seem as hot as it’s name implies. Don’t get me wrong; it’s hot. I just think it tastes good that the burn is more pleasent.
