Found Marie Sharp with the help of some fine folks in New Orleans on vacation in 2000. It took a while to find on the internet, Thanks Firegirl.com! I use this on fresh shrimp and add to salsa as well. It is great on most everything. It is the finest tasting hot sauce I have ever had!!!

Marie Sharp’s Fiery Hot Habanero Hot Sauce: We discovered this stuff while on vacation in Belize. Much cheaper to buy there than on this site. We could get 5 ounce bottles of the many different flavors for only $1.25 USD.

Stumbled into a bottle while in New Orleans several years ago. Been in love ever since!! Nothing like heating up the bald spot. Great when added to salsa as well as home made chili.

This hot sauce has a little bit of heat with it. However, the flavor isn’t what I was looking for. Also, it is kinda chunky and doesn’t come out of the little hole on the bottle until you pop the regulator off.

Marie Sharp’s is incredible. Not very hot, but very flavorful. Try it on pizza or pasta or in chili. Don’t try it in your eye. It burns.

On my search for the best hot sauce in flavor and heat, Marie Sharp’s hot sauce has the best combination of ingredients that I have ever tasted. The carrot juice and other ingredients does a great job of balancing the Habanero peppers, which gives the sauce a flavor and heat that is unique to the hot sauce.

There is no finer hot sauce in the world. Marie Sharp should be knighted for her fantastic contribution to the chilli sauce world.

life without Marie sharp is one long, cold winters night.

It’s hot but I could definitely take hotter. Unfortunately, the only place I’ve seen Maria Sharps BEWARE (the hotter/hottest version) was in Belize :( .

The flavor and aroma of this sauce are incredible. A perfect blend. Even friends that don’t like “hot”, adore this sauce.

This hot sauce has wonderful flavor. The “hotness” factor is very subjective, but the flavor is terrific, which you often don’t get in a hot sauce.

Marie Sharp’s Habanero Hot Sauce is the finest I have tasted. I grow my own red savina habanero peppers and make my own sauce. I have been trying for years to duplicate her recipe, I’ve come close but I still buy at least a quart a year.

Hot and tasty. Very good combination. You can feel the carrot blended with pepper, that basically makes it eatable and which gives it a distinctive flavour. highly recommended.

I’m addiced! Spent 3 mos in Belize in 1997 and Marie Sharp’s Habanero sauce is everywhere you go to eat. It comes in mild, medium, hot and fiery-hot. To my taste I go to both ends and skip the middle: mild & firely hot. Brought back quite a bit in my suit case and am just running out now. So, I did a google search and I’m tickled pink! Thank you. Thank you.

Hot and tasty! Perhaps my new favorite sauce (knocking El Yucateco green off the pedestal). The heat level is beautiful, not too mild but not enough to make your meals painful. My only complaint is that the hole at the top of the bottle is smaller than most. You have to shake the bottle pretty hard to get a satisfying amount. Maybe Marie Sharp’s was worrying that their customer base would get burnt by this sauce.
