Try this recipe. Let a block of cream cheese warm on the kitchen counter for a few hours. Then unwrap it on a plate and cover with Pickapeppa sauce. Serve with BBQ Ruffles potato chips. Amazing!! Be careful substituting other chips– you need something sturdy.

    Ample heat but GREAT FLAVOR!!

This is the best TASTING hot sauce I’ve had yet. If you want taste and fire try adding a little of your favorite EXTREME sause to PICKAPEPPA!!

Spent about a year in Jamaica, and the Pickapeppa was the flavor of choice. I wanted to smuggle scotch bonnet peppers for my own to grow, but receded. If you are a fan of hot sauce, you have to try this- no disappointments.

  4. love it!

I always come back to the sweet/pungency of Tabasco original but this one is about to win me over. Heat is around Tabasco habanero but the spicy flavor is enchanting me with its uniqueness. Maybe allspice, I don’t know but very intriguing

My husband and I have tried just about every brand of hot sauce, we always come back to Pickapeppa because it tastes excellent and you can control the heat any way you like. I put it in ginger snap cookie dough and it makes for the best loved cookies this side of the infernal regions!

There are two Pickapeppa sauces… A brown and a red…
The red has a great flavor and looks like tobasco, but taste a whole lot better.. This is very hot..
The brown sauce is a mild to moderate sauce and can be used as a steak sauce..
