In my house this is a salsa. We love dipping toasted tortillas in it.

It’s somewhere between extremely hot salsa, and middle-of-the-road tasty hot sauce. Enough of it can still compel you to sieze the milk, but the tomatoes mellow it out and add flavor. This makes it good for a variety of things, where the pure hot sauce is too hot, and the tabasco sauce tastes like crap.

Bottle says ‘so hot it’ll burn you twice’. I had about a cup left in the bottle and chugged it on a whim, it was suprisingly pleasant but burned me more than twice.

Best damned hot sauce i have ever tried! Surprisingly deep complex taste, and pleasantly hot.

Call me strange, but I didn’t like this one that much. Very heavy vinegar taste and it seperates in the bottle so much that it is difficult to get a consistent pour.

By far my favorite hot sauce! Best flavor I have found with just the right amount of heat.

    This is the tastiest
hot sauce that I have found. Ass-kicking heat
combined with a complex set of flavors. Terrific
on eggs too! Thanks to the proprietor
of a hot-sauce emporium for introducing
    me to Ring of Fire!

By far the most flavorful sauce I have ever tried. If you like habanero and roasted garlic, this is the sauce for you.
