My wife, who knows how I love a good hot sauce, brought me back a bottle of Two Flaming Arrows, after a trip to NM. I found it to be hot with a good sort of thick consistency. It was very flavorful. If I’d had more than one bottle I would have used more of it but I tried to make it last longer.

I Love hot sauce but not vinegar. This is an excellent Sauce letting all the flavors through and not hidden behind vinegar.

I first saw Two Flaming Arrows hot sauce in a catalog of Native American articles. Since it had habaneros in it, I got it for my insane step-son who thinks that 10 JILLION Scoville units aren’t too hot!
I tried a dab before I gave him the bottle. I’m on my 10th or 11th bottle…lost track.
I even take my own bottle into restaurants because they never have anything nearly as good.

I love the Fire Girl site, and shop here regularly. I love the prices, and variety.

Hot sauce and salsa are regional specialities I look for when we travel. About 2 years ago I found Two Flaming Arrows at a convenience store near Jemez, NM and it looked interesting. After we returned to Indian Territory I tried it and wished I had bought more. It has a wonderful texture, great NM flavor and heat is about right without being overbearing.
