  1. and the heat increases the longer its stored.

My wife and I discovered Walkerswood on a trip to Jamaica 15 years ago. We loved it so much we brought a case home with us on the plane. The taste is pure heaven. It’s got a little more heat than this site gives it credit for

The best jerk I’ve found. Marinade meat in it overnight for a best flavor.

I bought this not because I’m interested in heat, but because I am interested in trying flavorful foods from around the world. This stuff is DELICIOUS! I used it on boneless pork chops cooked in foil in the oven. I did marinate it 24 hours and it was just fantastic! I think you can use more or less depending on how much heat you want. Living in rural Iowa, I think this is the closest I am going to get to a vacation in Jamaica! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I love this #$%&. It is the best. Try it on chicken cooked on the barbeque

perfect combo of heat and flavor. Its somewhat clov-ey allspice atmosphere may turn off some, but I personally love it for that
